Do you accept factory audit?
Sure! Factory audits and visits are both welcome. Our factory has passed ISO 9001, SCAN, and BSCI certifications, ensuring compliance with international quality standards.
Do you have any certificates for your products?
Yes, all our products are certified by ETL, UL, and FCC, ensuring they meet strict safety and performance standards.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes, free samples are available, but the shipping cost will be collected.
Do you provide design services?
Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services, and customization is also available. We also welcome partnerships for product distribution.
What raw materials are used in the product?
Most of our products are made from high-quality materials, including copper, ABS, PVC, and PC, ensuring durability and safety.
What is your MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 3000 pieces per item. For trial orders, we offer a reduced MOQ of 1000 pieces per item.
What is your lead time?
Generally, our lead time is 45 days after all order details are confirmed.
What is your regular packing?
Our standard packaging options include color boxes, sleeves, and blister packs, depending on the product and customer requirements.
What is your payment term?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), D/P (Documents Against Payment), and L/C (Letter of Credit). For small orders or sample payments, we also accept PayPal, Alipay, and WeChat Pay for fast and convenient transactions.
